Reservation terms

Reservations are final and non-refundable. The $150 deposit applies only to products recommended by Cayli and purchased at the time of your consultation. Any unused portion is forfeited and cannot be refunded, transferred, exchanged, or converted to store credit. Cancellations and missed appointments forfeit the deposit. The consultation cannot be exchanged for another service, product credit, or future appointment.
